Winner of the 2014 ISPO Award Asian Product, 2012 China Outside Gear of the year and 2011 Asia Outdoor Industry Award, the ENTHEOS II Ice Axe boasts excellent weight distribution, handling and stability, ideal for ice climbing and mixed terrain.

Features

●CNC machined shaft and handle optimizes weight distribution, making it stronger and lighter

●Hollow shaft absorbs the force generated when the pick is swang into the ice and makes a clean strike

●Made of 7075-T651 high-strength aluminum alloy

●Pick made of high strength steel: higher strength and tenacity

●Hammer compatible for placing pitons

●All-terrain pick can penetrate hard ice with ease. Teeth at the pick allow secure placement

●Removable weights at the head. You can add weights to make it easier to place into the hard ice or remove them to reduce weight (Weights are made of stainless steel and each weight is 55g)

●Ergonomic double-molded handle provides comfortable grip and excellent shock-absorption capacity

●Different grip options avoid unwanted movement of the pick when switching hands

Just climbed with these tools today in the canadian rockies. I have tried many diffrent types of tools but i climb mainly with nomics. These tools were very easy to get used to and i found myself feeling confident with them right away. They have a great swing and the weight distribution was really good. The grip was nice and the quality of the pick seems to be good.
Constructive criticism... the grips could be a stickier type of rubber and the upper grip could also be a little stickier and better insulated from the metal. My hands got a little cold from switching to the upper grip. Overall I really enjoyed climbing with these tools. Two thumbs up. I will consider buying a pair in the future. Good job KAILAS
