This was my first Kailas purchase, my buddy wearing Hoka hiking with me,he had to stop multiple times to tie his laces, while I breezed through without a care
I don't run in them so I can't comment on them as an actual running shoe. These shoes look like they are from the future and are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn
The BOA lacing system is great. If your just going out briefly they are a great slip on. If your going to be out longer you tighten them up in a about 1 second each and loosen them in an instant to take them off.
I was looking for something a little different. In my laziness of aging years, I love the dial up lace mechanism.
